This house was home to the Beatles in their 1960s film “Help”, with no refurbishment since our clients who recently bought the property needed our “Help” to remodel and extend with, a ground floor industrial look extension with crittall doors and brick roof extension to create this lovely family home.

This dramatic extension scheme is for a traditional 1930's property in Twickenham, The new owners were keen to replace their dilapidated conservatory with an epic open plan space with a contemporary feel. The repeating tall arched doors create a feeling of modern grandeur both in the exterior architecture and interior design. 

This modern new build house located on the outskirts of London on a river bank using a mixture of clean white render and textured Corten steel panels with large modern glazing panels allowing views out to all sides for this young family living in this spectacular setting.

This contemporary new infill house in North London showcases our ability to use cost effective building materials in a beautiful contemporary way, turning a developer house into an extradordinary space for the buyer.

Our clients  bought a beautiful family home in a conservation area however it needed an additional bedroom, improved family space and total refurbishment. After many planning rejections in the local area, we created a unique loft design to add an en-suite bedroom in the loft and added a vaulted ground floor extension. 

This extension to a terraced property in Teddington has been designed to maximize natural light. Glazing on the roof and rear elevation, accompanied by opening up at the ground floor will allow light to flood into the family living space. 

We were tasked with creating a new build 900sqm family home that incorporated some charming features of the farmhouse originally on the site. We selected all the internal and external finishes such as dark stained oak and used a bespoke brick combination to get the perfect shades across the house and outbuildings. 

We have recently been involved in the restoration of this 60s detached house in Strawberry Hill. Originally designed by an architect for his family, we are now giving the property a sensitive update to make it ready for the young family to make their own.

PLOT have developed the scheme for this sprawling new build house in Buckinghamshire, creating a house and outbuildings totaling 1450sqm / 15,600sqft. The client loves Georgian architecture, mixed with some Palladian flourishes and so that’s exactly what we gave them.

This listed Belgravia mansion was a joy to work on and now has a new lease of life for the proud homeowners. We were appointed by Nick Elias Studio for architecture and interior design delivery from concepts to completion for sensitive extensions, remodelling and refurbishment throughout property on the Grosvenor Estates.

This great little addition to a Victorian terraced flat in Clapham has given our clients much-needed space to sit down together for family meals. Extensive internal improvements have also allowed our clients to make the most of their home for years to come. 

We were approached by our client to develop a new kitchen design for their young family. After exploring the space they had we developed the project further to suggest reconfiguring the ground floor to create a large open plan kitchen /dining/living space.

We are developing this scheme for a new build home in large grounds near Bath. this single level home will have have a vaulted roof form giving each room spectacular proportions. The layout has been designed to focus each space out towards the landscaped gardens. 

After obtaining a planning position for this generous contemporary zinc, clad extension in the Lebanon Park Conservation area, we developed the architecture and interior design of this project including a large open plan vaulted kitchen space and refurbishing the bathrooms throughout.

This 1930's property had been largely untouched for decades before our clients moved, which gave a wonderful scope for extending and renovating throughout. The key feature is the repeating brick arches formed in brickwork laid in a herringbone pattern.

We were appointed by the developer during the delivery of this striking contemporary five-bedroom home in Wimbledon Village. We helped to resolve a number of challenging details such as the bespoke sliding brass fins.

This house located in a forest in the rural English countryside was designed to create complete privacy from the roadside whilst opening up to the rear maximising daylight and views to the forest using exposed concrete pressed with timber designed to sit comfortably in its setting whilst weathering subtly.

We were appointed by a local developer to generate a a scheme for a redundant light industrial site. These landlocked three new build mews houses designed using materials found in the surrounding listed buildings whilst maximising natural daylight deep in to the spaces.

This impressive Tudor property has stood the test of time, with former owners including Rex Harrison as ‘Dr Who’ and Sid James from ‘Carry On’ fame. Construction work is to commence on an extensive refurbishment, extension and basement making a spectacular home.
